Session length: 30 minutes (in-person or remote, as available)
Who: A seasoned, commissioned notary public with extensive experience handling complex documents and ensuring strict identity verification and legal compliance
Typical uses: Real estate closings, loan/signature acknowledgements, powers of attorney, affidavits, living wills, notarized copies, certified true copies, corporate documents, and other high-stakes paperwork
What’s included:
Identity verification using government ID(s) and any required secondary verification
Document review for notarization readiness (signature blocks, dates, jurat/acknowledgment language)
Proper execution of acknowledgment, jurat, or oath/affirmation as needed
Official notarial certificate, seal/stamp, and signature
Guidance on any signer questions about the notarization process (not legal advice)
Secure handling and optional brief instructions for recordkeeping
What to prepare:
All documents to be notarized (unsigned)
Valid government-issued photo ID for each signer (passport, driver’s license, state ID)
Any supporting identity or authorization documents (power of attorney, corporate resolution)
